Training and Funding

- The Inter-American Committee Against Terrorism (CICTE) at the OAS provides training on ISPS code implementation and anti-terrorism workshops throughout the Hemisphere through its Maritime Security Program.

- The World Bank's Ports & Waterborne Transport division offers expertise, training and financing for port sector projects, including port security.

- The United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) provides grant funding to overseas project sponsors for the planning of projects that support the development of modern infrastructure and an open trading system.
